How it works
Four steps from application to redemption
Step 1
Create your account
Register with your name, email, and a password. We use the same trusted login for every applicant.
Step 2
Upload your documents
Upload an employment verification letter (PDF) and the student’s NRIC image. Both are stored privately and only shared with the MPA review team.
Step 3
Wait for approval
Our review team checks every application within the programme window. You will be notified by email when your voucher is approved.
Step 4
Redeem your voucher
Once dispatched, sign in to view your unique voucher code and redeem it at any participating bookstore nationwide.

About the programme
Four decades at the heart of Malaysia’s printing industry.
Since 1986, the Malaysian Printers Association has represented the country’s printers at industry gatherings of every kind — from local forums and trade shows to regional exhibitions such as IPMEX Malaysia, the MYDPA Annual General Meeting, and WEPACK Southeast Asia in Jakarta. Through training, advocacy and knowledge-sharing, MPA works to strengthen Malaysia’s printing industry and the families whose livelihoods depend on it.
The MPA Book Voucher Programme marks our 40th anniversary by investing RM50,000 directly back into the children of our member companies’ workforce. Every ringgit is paid out as book vouchers — RM100 per eligible child, redeemed at participating bookstores nationwide, with MPA covering all administrative costs.
